Credits and Capping
The product uses usage-based credits. When credits are exhausted, transcript output can be capped. Buy more credits from the app to unlock full output.
Troubleshooting
Sign-in issues
Sign out and sign in again with the correct Google account. Confirm browser popups are allowed.
Upload failed
Retry once, use a stable connection, and check the file format. If it still fails, contact support.
Transcript not ready
Some jobs need more time. Refresh status and fetch transcript again.
