These terms govern use of AudioToTextApp.com and related Transcripto product flows.
1. Service Overview
AudioToTextApp.com provides product pages, onboarding flows, and free utilities. Transcripto is the operational add-on used for transcription workflows and output delivery.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using our site or tools, you agree to these terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for account activity under your credentials and must use accurate account information.
4. Permitted Use
You must use the service lawfully and only for content you are authorized to process. You may not attempt unauthorized access, abuse platform limits, or disrupt service operations.
5. Billing and Credits
Install can be free, while production usage may require credits. Credit packs are sold as one-time usage tiers. When available credits are exhausted, transcript outputs may be capped until additional credits are purchased.
6. Output Accuracy and Review
Transcription is automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing final output before publication, legal filing, or sensitive business use.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how account, media, transcript, and operational data are processed.
8. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue features, limits, and plans at any time to maintain service quality and compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
Our product branding, UI, software, and supporting assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, exact output accuracy, or universal compatibility with every input file.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to service use.
12. Termination
We may limit or suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud risk, legal requests, or security concerns.
13. Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised version.
